Return and refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Celvari products. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned product. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
